• Use of the Services requires an account and an active subscription on one of the plans published on our pricing page.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter into Hestia, including tenant, landlord and vendor records. Where you upload personal data about others, you confirm that you are entitled to do so; our respective roles are described in our Privacy Notice.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.
• The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the period in which a claim arises. [COUNSEL TO CONFIRM]
