An occupied unit is any property unit that has an active tenant with a current lease agreement. Vacant units are not counted toward your plan limit, ensuring you only pay for what generates revenue for your business.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
